The result is a bold restoration that blends classic character with serious performance. Now entering its next phase, the project continues to evolve with new challenges, upgrades, and possibilities ahead.
Phase 1
Status: Completed
Phase 1 focused on bringing this Mini back from the dead and returning it to roadworthy condition. After countless hours of fabrication, assembly, and problem-solving, the project has reached a major milestone. With the build complete and a fresh vinyl wrap revealing its character, we can finally see the full potential of what this unique vehicle can become.
Phase 2
Status: Work in Progress
With a solid foundation in place, Phase 2 is where the real fun begins. This Mini is now a blank canvas, ready for performance upgrades, custom components, and creative ideas that push the build to the next level. We're actively looking to partner with manufacturers and suppliers who want to showcase their products as part of the project. Join us as we transform this dream build and put it through its paces in an exciting road-and-track finale that highlights every upgrade along the way.
Ready for Filming
With the Cooper S engine now installed, the build has entered an exciting new stage of development. Ethan’s first drive revealed the immediate performance gains and the strong potential of this upgraded powertrain.
This phase of the build focuses on what it takes to transform a road car into a capable road-and-track setup. We’re refining suspension and braking systems to deliver strong performance on the track, while still maintaining the comfort and drivability expected from a street cruiser.
This build is all about sound, character, and performance. The exhaust is designed to be loud in all the right ways—just ask the neighbours—while still maintaining a balanced, responsive driving experience on the road.
With Ethan’s background as a tech enthusiast, the interior has become a space for smart, functional upgrades. We’re actively looking for additional standout upgrades to bring even more enhancements into the build.
